Crestal Sinus Lift Course and Implant Placement

In this advanced level course doctors will perform crestal sinus lifts and simultaneously place implants. Course is limited to 5 doctors. There will be a half a day lecture and get together with the doctors  afterwards. There will be 2 surgical days where each doctor will perform 2 sinus lifts and implant placements. The Nova Bone technique will be taught.
